Because each print is made-to-order, it is NONREFUNDABLE.

Damages, Issues, Exchanges

Prints and Framed Prints are nonrefundable, but may be replaced if damaged or defective upon delivery. Please inspect your product immediately upon delivery. Contact us at [email protected] within seven (7) days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will need proof to file a claim with our printer. Please include photos of: 1) the damaged product, 2) the exterior packaging, 3) the interior packaging - all three are required to be considered for a claim.

If your request is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost. We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
